Sound Healing
for Grief
Grief is not something to be fixed. It is something to be held, honored, and gently supported.
Whether you are living through the loss of a loved one, a life transition, or a quiet, unspoken sorrow, grief can get settle deep in the body and nervous system. If you've been feeling stuck in your sadness, disconnected from your body, or overwhelmed by emotions, sound may be the language your grief understands. Sound Healing works without needing words, therapy lingo, or even belief. It meets you where you are and gently moves what's ready to move.
Sound Healing creates a safe space to feel emotions, an opportunity to release emotional pain, a time for deep rest and stillness and moments of peace.
These sessions are deeply intuitive and guided by your system’s readiness. Grief is met with care, respect, presence and a deep understanding that comes from experience.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
“If your heart is in pieces, let sound vibrate through you until those pieces fit back into perfect place.”

Testimonial
“In the days that followed my son Fletcher’s suicide, I nearly lost myself. I was drowning in grief and disbelief. I had heard that sound baths were very powerful for those struck by deep grief. I knew that my friend Heide performed sound baths - and that she too had lost her son. I asked if she was comfortable doing a sound bath for me and my husband. We were only days away from our son’s passing. Though still raw from her own pain of loss, she said yes. What followed were a number of these powerful healing sessions. I now know that sound heals.”
