This is a highly personalized and supported therapeutic session to help you calm and recalibrate your nervous system, get to a clearer internal state, and start your healing journey.
Through deep conversation, we arrive at a protocol that works specifically for you. We will use any or all of the following:
Sound Vibration
humming and toning
weighted tuning forks vibrating on your trouble spots
ancient, powerful Himalayan singing bowls sounding on and around your body, massaging your cells from the inside
a monochord on your chest and belly lulling you into a deep, transformative theta state
These sound frequencies of healing instruments on and around the body entrain and harmonize the frequencies of your cells - nerves, organs, bones, muscles - and chakras, and bring body, mind and spirit into alignment.
Touch and Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy along with informed, soothing touch helps release tension in the tissue and fascia to help you to relax more deeply into the session.
Quantum Energy Healing
My energy work is based largely on Cyndi Dale’s techniques, though I am also certified in Reiki I and II.
Primusona Vibro-Acoustic Table
Primusona Sound Therapy is based on the individual resonances of our organs or body parts. First, we determine which vibration is missing or off balance. There are programs for a pain-free, flexible back, healthy lymph flow, improved thyroid function, constipation, blood pressure, kidney problems and so much more! Then you lie down on the sound table and the corresponding sounds are played. Now the whole body vibrates along with the table, and you receive exactly the frequencies you need to get well.
